The right information for your role
Hospital evaluations involve clinicians, IT, security, procurement and quality - each with different questions. Choose your path below.
Make expert EEG capacity go further
Neurophysiology, ICU cEEG and epilepsy monitoring teams need faster navigation, governed AI assistance, consistent reporting and auditable sign-off - without losing clinical control.
- High-performance playback and qEEG trends for long recordings
- AI triage with explicit human confirmation and provenance
- Structured reports from confirmed findings
- Pilot KPIs: reviewer time, turnaround, consistency

Share the ICU / cEEG workflow with your service lead, then request a discovery call.
What you review, confirm and sign
For neurologists, epileptologists and intensivists covering long-duration ICU/cEEG and LTM: NerveDX is the path from a 24–72 hour recording to a report you put your name on, not an autonomous diagnosis.
- Open a multi-day study in the browser, with video in step with the trace
- Jump via qEEG trends to the windows that need expert eyes
- Confirm, correct or dismiss AI triage - you remain the interpreter
- Sign a structured report from confirmed findings, with an audit trail
Liability stays with the clinician
Montages, acquisition hardware and your professional sign-off do not move to an algorithm. Discovery calls are workflow walkthroughs, not a request to send EEG files through this website.
How we frame ROI - without invented numbers
We do not publish unsupported performance claims. Pilot KPIs are agreed before go-live and measured against your baseline workflow, not industry averages copied from marketing slides.
Reviewer hours
Compare clinician time to reach clinically useful segments on matched cEEG study types - same montage standards, similar duration bands, agreed documentation rules.
Time to report
Measure recording start (or service receipt) to actionable interim note and signed final report - segmented by shift, cross-cover and remote review where relevant.
Consistency & throughput
Structured annotation language, report template adherence and studies completed per reviewer-week under documented workflow assumptions.
Import, playback, annotation and report assembly
Technologists run the operational path: getting long-duration studies - including ICU/cEEG and LTM - into review, keeping video in step, annotating, and preparing structured output for sign-off.
- Import and validation of long-duration recordings and synchronised video
- High-speed playback and qEEG navigation for overnight and multi-day studies
- Annotation, confirmation support and structured reporting hand-off
- Role-based training during pilot setup - see Training & support
What we need from you
Typical export path, montage standards, video setup and who signs reports. Share that on a discovery call, not via website upload of recordings.
Integration, security and deployment - by design
IT and security teams need architecture clarity before clinical users invest time. NerveDX is built for tenant isolation, audit trails, SSO alignment and HL7/FHIR-oriented EMR hand-off.
- Interoperable layer - works alongside existing EEG acquisition paths
- Enterprise EMR patterns (HL7 v2 / FHIR) - scoped per hospital interface catalogue
- EU/EEA data residency and deployment model options
- Clinical engineering / HTM: export path and coexistence, not a hardware swap
- Security and architecture packs under NDA
Diligence path
Public trust center first → request security pack under NDA → integration dry-run planning before pilot provisioning.
Works with your existing EEG systems
NerveDX is an interoperable workflow layer, not a replacement for acquisition hardware or established review tools where they remain in use. We connect to the data path after recording and add governed review, triage, reporting, EMR hand-off and audit.
| Path | Public status |
|---|---|
| BDF / BDF+ / EDF / EDF+ | Primary planned import for pilots |
| Synchronised clinical video | Core product requirement - scoped per site |
| Hospital export / review-station export | Typical ingest path after recording; agreed in discovery |
| HL7 v2 / FHIR report hand-off | Architecture target - dry-run against your interface catalogue |
| SSO (SAML / OIDC) | Planned with deployment |
| Vendor-native or DICOM waveform | Assessed per site, not a universal connector claim |
NerveDX is a workflow layer after recording. It sits beside acquisition hardware, existing review stations and detection tools where they remain in use - including Natus / Nihon Kohden / Cadwell-class stacks when export paths allow. Clinical engineering and HTM teams typically own the export path, not a hardware replacement. Certified workflow badges are published only after validation. Integration scope is agreed per hospital. See Integrations & deployment.
Website channels are not clinical channels
Hospital clinical EEG data is processed only in a contracted deployment. This public website is a separate activity for enquiries, newsletter consent, optional chat and demo booking.
- Typical hosted model: hospital as controller for clinical data; NerveDX as processor - confirmed in contract/DPA
- Calendly runs only after you click Book a demo, not embedded on page view
- Chat loads only after optional-cookie consent

Evidence-led evaluation, honest regulatory posture
Procurement needs vendor credibility, pilot structure, compliance documentation and a clear path from evaluation to contract.
- Public trust center: legal, privacy, security summary, pilot PDF
- Partnership programme and design-partner pilot framework
- Regulatory status table - Legal and Trust center
- Structured contact routing for diligence requests
Forward internally
Pilot one-pager + trust center link gives clinical, IT and legal a shared starting pack.
